Elite100 Sports AB reserves the right to adjust prices due to printing errors / mistakes or by circumstances beyond our control. All prices listed include VAT.

Minimum order
Elite100 does not have any minimum order size.

At the checkout you will see the total amount due, including shipping & handling.

Payment options

  • Credit Card
    You may always pay by VISA or Mastercard. In some countries, other Credit Cards and Debit Cards are accepted. Please refer to the Check Out Section of the web shop. In case of any returned products, the amount due to you will be credited back to your account.
  • Swish
    Available through your bank in Sweden.
  • Vipps
    Available through your bank in Norway.
  • Bank payment
    Pay your order through your Internet Bank prior to delivery.

Customer Account
Your Customer Account Membership is personal and may not be assigned to any other individual or corporate entity.

Deliveries and shipments will preferably be handled by the postal service. Current shipping costs are available in the web shop.

Minimum age of customers
Customers under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or custodian in order to place any order with the company.

Force Majeure
Elite100 Sports is exempt from responsibly for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to Force Majeure, as described below, and circumstances prevent, hinder or delay fulfillment.
Force Majeure events include, but not limited to, national mourning, specific acts or omissions of the government, new or amended legislation, industrial disputes, blockades/barricades, fires, floods, sabotage or accidents of significant size. The Force Majeure includes administrative decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as decisions on warnings, the ban on sales/sales prohibition, etc. or an abnormal decline in the market.

In case you are not satisfied with your product – just return it within 30 days. Upon receipt, we will check the condition of the product and if it is in re-sellable condition, we will reimburse you your amount paid within 30 days.

Change of product
Change of product will result in shipping charges on your behalf.

  • If you choose to place a complete new order, shipping costs will be added.
  • In case a product has been received in error from our part, or the product is faulty, we will gladly replace it free of charge without any shipping costs.


  • If a package is damaged, please notify the carrier immediately.
  • If the content of the package is damaged, please notify Elite100 by mail upon receipt of the shipment: support@elite100sports.com

Unclaimed packages

  • There will be an additional charge for any unclaimed packages that are returned to us. The charges will amount to the total shipping costs and any other associated charges as well as a handling fee.
  • In case of complaint or return of goods, the customer will be responsible for the transportation risk. Please save the shipping note until the complaint or the exchange issue is resolved.

How to return or exchange a product

  • Complete a return form and specify the products you would prefer as replacements if applicable.
  • Please specify the reason why you are not satisfied with the product (optional).
  • You pay the shipping cost for the return. In case the company has made any mistake, you will be reimbursed the shipping cost in question.
