Cooperation in the 1990’s
International recognized nutritional diet expert and sports supervisor. In Norway he was known as the creator of the modern diet for athletes.
Kjeldsen was a diploma coach in cross-country skiing, C-coach in cycling, boxing, basketball and biathlon. He lived and trained with national teams at home and abroad in all mentioned disciplines, as well as judo and track and field.
Kjeldsen has written numerous articles on the topic “Physical and mental performance”, as well as the book “Winning lifestyle”. “Diet in focus” was written in collaboration with Sigurd Strømme at the Norwegian Sports Academy.
Bjørn was unique in many ways, very knowledgeable and experienced, including the fact that he was the first in Norway to prepare an exact menu proposal for use by top athletes as well as non-athletes.
Many thousands of people remember the entertaining and interesting lectures about Elite100 that Bjørn Kjeldsen conducted all over Scandinavia in the 1990´s and early 2000´s.
Elite100 had an exceptionally good and interesting collaboration with Bjørn for many year until he retired.
Bjørn was many, many years ahead of his time – and his mindset went hand in hand with our concept ”Stronger Body – Stronger Mind”
