Ingredients: Psyllium husk fiber.



Usage and tips

MEAL POLAR SMOOTHIE • CHOCOLATE • & PSYLLIFORM • PSYLLIUM HUSK

Blend or stir 2 scoops (20 grams) of Biofoods Polar Smoothie Nutrition Drink Mix and 1 scoop Psylliform with 300 ml (10 fl oz) of milk (1.5 % fat content) or water.

You can also mix 1 scoop of Psylliform with 250 ml water and drink 30 minutes prior to drinking your Nutrition Smoothie or a meal. This helps the satiety process off to a smooth start.
